I Was A Teenage Exocolonist
Hi! My name is Lindsay Ishihiro, and I want to tell you why you should have me exhibit at your event.
I’ve been exhibiting at shows across Canada and the USA since 2012, with a hiatus from 2020-2024. I am a full-time creator, and I primarily exhibit at shows to promote my work in comics and video games, selling prints and small merch to make it financially viable.

Comics and Art
I write and draw original comics, such as the Eisner-award nominated [Motherlover](http://www,motherlovercomic.com) graphic novel about two moms who fall in love, or How Baby, an autobiographical webcomic about queer motherhood.
My next comic Heartworm is in the works, and I am actively promoting it at shows.

Games Writing
I wrote (and also did creature art) for I Was A Teenage Exocolonist, an award-winning narrative game about growing up (and dying, and growing up again) on a mysterious alien planet.
I am the lead writer at **Silverstring Media,** working on the upcoming **Greenhearth Necromancer.**

I work in product development for Dual Wield Studio on the Among Us license.
I have also been making prints and small merch for artist alleys since 2012.

I cry in the presence of tigers. I bake cookies when under pressure. I deadlift an awe-inspiring 65lb, on a good day. None gender, all beef. I live near Vancouver, British Columbia with my family: partner, kid, dog, and cat.
